1. Eligibility for Refunds
   We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

   Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
   Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   Items such as bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
   Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

2. Refund Process
   To initiate a return and request a refund:
   Email us at Contact@rougeclothes.com with your order number and reason for return.
   Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
   After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
   Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
   Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

   Contact us at Contact@rougeclothes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
   If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

   Double-check your bank account.
   Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.

5. Exchanges
   We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
