Shipping Policy
Where we ship: Rouge Clothes ships to the United States.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & delivery times:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 5–10 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 7–12 business days
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs & import duties:
Rouge Clothes ships internationally. Orders are dispatched from China and delivered worldwide, including to the USA and Malta.
Orders delivered to the USA may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rouge Clothes has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
